Alternate Reality Games (ARGs)

"Play it - before you live it!"

ARGs are "what if" games that we can play with real world situations. The premise is simple…you take a scenario and allow people to react to it as if they were experiencing it…what would they do, think, change? ARGs are form of action-oriented storytelling, in which you as the player (not a fictitious character) weave a story around how your world would be different given a uniquely possible scenario.

There are main benefits to ARGs include the prevention of wishful thinking when problem solving (the “I bet this will work” approach), as well as allowing us to experiment with ideas before we have to implement them.
